Menegai Crater

The spectacular Menengai Crater is situated on the outskirt of Nakuru town. It’s globally considered to be one of the largest volcano calderas, drawing visitors from far and wide.

With its massive circular rim, plunging cliffs and caldera walls rise to a staggering height of 500m from the floor. Rising 2278m above sea level it is an impressive attraction and provides amazing views of Lake Nakuru from the Summit

The Hike takes 7-8hrs
The terrain is flat and hilly with bushes on the way.
